Am i the only one that pees myself a little everytime I sneeze, cough, laugh or hell even bend over? Smh the joys of being a mother. Gosh i wish my mother told me hell any mother would have told me about this..

As a personal trainer I can tell you now I see it time and time again that some mothers (not all) come to us after births and pee whenever the hear the word star jump! 
Work on strengthening pelvic floor, just because a lot of mothers accept it, doesn’t mean it’s something that you should have to live with. It is fixable.

Just because it's common doesn't mean it's normal! Your pelvic floor is weak. Learn how to do kegels to reduce urinary leakage, reduce risk for pelvic organ prolapse, and strengthen your orgasms.

Do kegals I was the same after my first never did them. I started after my second baby did them all the way through my 3rd baby now she’s nearly 5 months and mine is fine.

🤣🤣🤣 nope I’ve had two babies. One CS and one VBAC. My second was nearly 9lb and I think he sat in there beating my bladder cause I can’t do any of that stuff without peeing a little and if I don’t wake up every 3-4 hours to pee at night I will literally pee myself. It’s like I’m a 4 year old 🤦🏼‍♀️
