Leave them and have him do them in the morning. No one ever died from dirty dishes sitting over night.

Right now we have a mutual agreement that he makes dinner and I wash the dishes (I work until 6:30pm, so it just makes sense). We even have lunch together at home and he will even cook me lunch which means I on average do the dishes two times a day and he cooks twice a day
Well my husband just went on a guys trip this week. He was gone for four days. So I was alone taking care of the kiddos by myself. No biggy, but definitely could use a a little break is all.
Tonight I cooked dinner because I got off work early. It’s my husbands first night back from his trip and I asked him to do the dishes....
He. Said. No!!!!!!
He tells me that he is exhausted from his trip (ice fishing in a cabin with his buddies getting high during the day and drunk at night 🙄). He legit won’t do them and I want to fight him.
Like we are in a full blown argument because I just want him to help with ONE thing tonight!!!!! Just one 😩

Remind him he was out with his buddies having fun. You were stuck at home by yourself with the kids. This is what you do you plan a girls day 4 days or you go spend four days by yourself so he can see how it is with the kids and etc. Just because he was out with his friends don't mean s***. It's called housework it takes two people if he no longer wants help with it he can exit get ready to pay child support jk maybe.
