Hey guys! So I’m almost 13 weeks pregnant (yay!) but I’ve been having some extremely raw feeling and painful nipples. They hurt so bad to the point I can’t wear a bra or shirt without them hurting. I’ve tried lotions and band aids but it seems to just irritate them more. Ive also started leaking yesterday on & off. Does anyone know recommendations to help with the soreness? It feels like a horrible burning sensation (like a fire) , on my nipples. The pain gets worse when they’re touched.
