Function of beauty

I used this shampoo, Function of beauty for a few months.. and my hair has thinned so much (hair loss ) I’m seeing a lot of my scalp 😭. I stopped using it... and started taking multivitamins and hair,skin and nails pills... I’m so scared my hair won’t grow back. Has this happened to anyone ??? HELP
