Hey y'all. I'm 27 with 2 kids. My periods are super irregular and can, sometimes, be heavy. I have an IUD, so I experience some cramping. I've used pads my whole life. I've tried tampons a few times when I was younger, but I never got comfortable using them. I'm thinking about switching to a cup for environmental and financial reasons, but I don't know anything about menstruation cups. My anxiety has me worried I'm going to mess up and get something wrong 🤦‍♀️ What do you ladies reccomend? I've seen some stuff about the Diva, Lena, and Flex. 🤔
