Which toys do you find the most infuriating?

My baby just received a blinking, singing shape sorter. It repeatedly says "The cat loves to read!"

We have asked to give us "blocks" sort of toys, where you can put stuff together and nothing with batteries. Personally I would also like wooden toys, but I felt that is too much to ask for, so we just asked no batteries and diy type of toys... But still we got a steering wheel that just keeps annoingly sayn gas, gas! When you push one of its button. Weh actually have put that toy away and take it out when the person gifted comes to visit.

We have the Melissa and Doug wooden puzzles which makes animal noises when you put the animal on.  The only problem is, even with fresh batteries, it makes random animal noises day and night without being touched.  Really not fun to have just gotten my son to sleep and then hear moo- ing

Omg, my kids got a box that’s about 3 inches square, it rattles and shakes and says “let me out of here! Let me out!” And it doesn’t shut off and it’s the worst noise in the world! That one quickly got sent to time out where it had stayed 😂😂

Ones that are really loud with no volume control.

That toy would last one day and be sent away. We have two toys that make noise and that’s my limit, I put tape over the speaker so they are quite a bit less loud but the rest of the toys do not make noises unless they are instrumental. My least favourite thing is actually slime/silly putty, yuck. One use then straight into the garbage if received as a gift.

Anything with balls for us. Our house is old and has settled in different places so the balls go everywhere, not in one direction. I hate the hunt to find them all 😑
