Our baby girl was due Feb 8th and was measuring big (10 lbs 4 oz at her 40+2 ultrasound). Was supposed to be induced Feb 18 and went to hospital the evening of Feb 11 to consult with an OB as instructed by my midwives. OB advised I should move up my induction date so she didn’t grow bigger though he mentioned ultrasounds aren’t super accurate for weight. I got home by 8 pm and got

ready for bed as I wasn’t feeling great. Thought maybe I was in early labour so took Tylenol and Gravol to help with sleep. Never got to sleep because contractions kicked in and were instantly 2 minutes apart!? On the shorter side, but very intense and close together. Went to hospital at 1 am and Stella arrived at 5 am. Laboured in the tub and got out to push on the bed. Luckily she was only 8lbs 8 oz.
