3 hour GD testing

So I failed my 1 hour GD test so I went back today for the 3 hour and 2/4 of my blood draws were high and the other 2 were in normal range ... the first and second were high and the 3rd and 4th were normal. does anyone know what this means? My doctor obviously isn’t gonna contact me until Monday so I’m just curious.
