One year ago today, I found out that I was pregnant with the faintest line I’ve ever seen.

(I was 7 centimeters in this pic and wasn’t feeling any contractions. I just so happened to have a doctors appointment that day, and when they checked me, I was 6 centimeters. I was sent straight to L&D)

(My father passed away while I was pregnant. This was the Bible he and my mom were given on their wedding day- 34 years ago. It was the Bible he preached every sermon from. He left it to me when he passed.)

Also, yes I wore makeup during my delivery. I had a doctors appointment, and was sent straight to labor and delivery. From the time that I began to feel contractions until he was born was only a couple of hours. So, yeah. I was wearing makeup when he was born.
