TMI - spotting

Hi there! 9 weeks today and I was diagnosed at 7w4 with a small subchorionic hemorrhage. Baby has a heartbeat of 168bpm and measured correctly at that appointment. I had some brown discharge a few weeks ago that went away, and it’s back this morning. I also have a small amount of what looks like coffee grounds, but that was brief and seems to have stopped. Very mild cramping but that might also be due to my anxiety. Anyone had this? Think it’s related to my hemorrhage? I wish every little thing didn’t scare me so much!!
