I work in the ER and usually will reach for whatever is easy and mindlessly eat while charting (or sometimes shove easy but unhealthy foods in my face while peeing 🤣 ...hello pandemic)
I gained SO much weight with my first two pregnancies (70 lbs and 55lbs). I’m currently 4w1d and trying to start this off right!
I would LOVE to only gain the recommended 25-35 lbs 😩
