When your boyfriend of 9 years tells you on Christmas that he is finally going to get you a ring and that “it will happen on Valentine’s Day” then decides to work on Valentine’s Day and asks if I’m disappointed because he didn’t do shit for me. Hmm doesn’t deserve a response. I’m getting fed up because he is constantly proving that his bank account is more important than doing something that he know would mean a lot to me. And if after 9 years you don’t want that commitment then stop stringing me along with empty promises.
