I’m on CD9 and my LH strip is looking the lightest today :( I’m so confused and upset

LH fluctuates constantly throughout your cycle. All your opks are negative, which is normal, as it is still pretty early. Just need to keep testing. LH is always present but once opk is positive that shows your surge.

Best results on strips are between 10am-4pm (avoid using fmu to reduce false high results). Later in the day your urine tends to be more diluted, try to limit drinks around test times. I usually test around 10am, 1pm, and 4pm when my lines start getting darker and 11am and 4pm when they’re still light.
