I have a 5cm complex cyst in my left ovary and I noticed since before I even knew I had one I’ve been having pregnancy symptoms at first I actually thought I was pregnant but turns out it’s just a complex cyst but I’ve noticed the dizziness is getting more noticeable I also have migraines some are not as bad as other days just wondering if the dizziness is because of the cyst?
