Sprained wrist? NBR

I know we’re not doctors but does anyone know if this is a sprained wrist? Swollen and painful when moving my wrist side to side. Think it may have happened working out? What can I do? Trying to avoid going to doctor lol.

Go to the doctor. If it is sprained or worse you’ll only be doing yourself more damage in the long run by not getting it properly diagnosed and treated

Go to doctor because sprained wrist can actually have hair line fractures which if not monitored can turn into a broken wrist

You can wrap it and wait couple of days if it’s getting better or worse if u really don’t want to go in but don’t wait more than few days.

Cant tell from looking at it. I had what I thought was a sprained foot was actually a fracture
