Dry shaving
So my fiancé dry shaved even dry shaved the penile , well after he got blister/bumps however neosporin pretty much scabbed them up in 2 days by the time we went to the er freaking out about herpes outbreak the doctor looked at it and said it was reaction to the shaving , would neosporin work that fast on a herpes outbreak ?
