Comment if 36 weeks. How did labor start for you? Days leading up did you notice any changes? Any useful info for a ftm to look out for.

I was induced at 36 weeks due to severe preeclampsia. I had my daughter 3 days later by emergency c section

Mine was textbook what you “expect.” I had weird pains/aches all day at work. Baby wasn’t moving as much as normal (but still an adequate amount of kicks). Around 9:30 started feeling period like cramps and noticed they were happening every few minutes. Got up to go pee and felt a lot of discharge. When I looked, it was my mucous plug. Contractions continued and got stronger. From 10:30-12am, my contractions were a minute+ long and 3 minutes apart so we headed to the hospital. Had my son about 16 hours later.

35 + 3. My water broke in dramatic fashion at work in the hallway. I had a puddle under me and there was no way for coworkers to not see.

Mine was 36 weeks. I had a check up luckily and was in labor but didn’t know it. My contractions kept coming on and I wasn’t feeling them. My daughter was stressed so I ended up having an emergency c-section after a while

I was 40w3d and no signs leading up to it. The day of I had Braxton Hicks more than normal. But the only reason I knew to go in was because the contractions started feeling different/getting a little more painful than regular Braxton Hicks and they were consistent.

I gave birth at 34.4 weeks. Labor started as really bad what I thought was Braxton Hicks. They weren’t consistent time wise so I didn’t think of it. Then it eased but a bit, but that night I was so uncomfortable I kept tossing and turning in my sleep. Then I woke up to blood and my water broke later that day. Because they tried to stop contractions in the hospital, I was in labor for about 52 hours.
