worn this uniform for far too long, i’m ready to get OUT and look like/feel like a woman again !! first thing i’m doing is getting my nails done ! i loved my job but goddamn people just made it miserable.

at the same time it’s bittersweet. i met my husband in this uniform, i’ve had some of the most empowering experiences in this field, i’ve met and became friends with people i’ve never thought i would, but the amount of hurt and pain my work has caused me is immeasurable.

plus they’re retiring my boat so it’s only fitting that i’m being retired too 😂😂
