Hips and pains down there
This may be a little tmi but this is my first pregnancy. When hips are growing are they supposed to feel bruised? They don’t have any bruising but anytime I go over them or accidentally get touched they feel like that. Also, is experiencing pressure down there normal?
(I don’t know if this would help but I’m 7w and 3d)
