Folic acid
Soo I’m a little worried I’ve been taking this same prenatal a month and 1/2 before getting pregnant. & I’ve realized that I don’t believe it has enough folic acid in it! I’m 12 wks and 3 days now. It says folate 600 mcg dfe/(360 folic acid)??
