Mental health strategies
Hi ladies, I was hoping some of you can share your strategies for dealing with feeling overwhelmed. I am 6 months pp and have a 2.5 year old. We have been pretty isolated since last October because of a challenging pregnancy and then in quarantine since March because of covid. My husband is working and I stay home. Because of numbers we aren’t doing much or seeing many people. We have been passing around a cold for the last several weeks that we got from one of the few family members we see. We are all going a little crazy and I’m struggling to keep up with house work, the kids, and everything else. Like half of the country, the weather is nasty cold here but we don’t usually warm up until April/May. Getting out side can’t happen right now because we are in the single digits of not below zero. Next week we should be around 40 so we can get out then. Im not to the point where I’m am worried about ppd/ppa but will speak with my dr if I need too. I’m just looking for new ideas or strategies! Thank you❤️
