I was just hired at a great job with a 90 probationary period. Problem is I’m pregnant and have had multiple appointments during work I need to go to , no other clinic in my area or near work is open past 6pm (the time im off) i get lunch when clinics have lunch so i can’t do that either . I’m afraid they won’t see fit in the job role because of 3appointments I’ve already attended plus today plus next week and 2 appointments next month. Word on the street at work I’ll get fired for being pregnant on 90 day evaluation if i tell them im pregnant they won’t tell me it’s because I’m pregnant but it will be because of it... a previous co worker said that had happened before and told her numerous reasons as to why she didn’t fit the job role although she did but had told them she was pregnant. After my evaluation in April i meed maternity leave in 2 and half months :/ what do j do I don’t want to loose this job. I already talked to the clinic and front desk is ass and rude. I run an entire lab and the only one qualified to do it. They depend on me so I can’t be clocking in late to be at my early appointments or clocking out early to be there for my appt either
