First day of new (fully remote) job and I will be 10 weeks along. When should I tell them?

I’m fully remote and have been for years- I’m 26 weeks and haven’t told anyone I work with. Per my company policy I only need to let them know I need to take maternity leave 30 days prior, so I’m waiting until around 30 weeks. I’m also in line for a new position with better pay internally and I don’t want that jeopardized by my pregnancy. 
I’ve had doctors appointments but since I’m exempt have managed to just schedule them for early or late in the day without issues.

I think you have to legally tell them by a certain point so I would look into that. Aside from that you can tell them when you want

I waited until it affected my work , I was probably around 25 weeks

I got hired on my job when I was about 10 weeks along I believe.. I didn’t tell them, didn’t feel like I had to honestly .. I told my supervisor after I had my gender reveal

I would check what their HR policy is for letting them know. I technically only have to give 8 weeks notice. But I was already full time so let my boss know early so he would have lots of notice.
