TMI warning discharge

Monica • I'm a blessed mumma of 2 earthside children, I have 4 angels in heaven incl Sam and Elijah born in 2nd trimester. Not currently TTC after battling loss and infertility with my husband the last decade, I hope to help others on their journey :)

I haven't had odd cycle behaviour in a while (bar the irregular lengths that is), and nothing like this as far back as I can remember, previously cramping through my cycle, and pink spotting was pretty common but hasn't happened in a while, in fact if I can remember, not since I miscarried at 13w3d in July 2019. I will see my general practitioner of course, maybe get an ultrasound. But the last few day's, my caesarean scar has been sore and my abdomen (I have severe abdominal adhesions from my caesareans, yes I've been blessed with 6 conceptions and 2 liveborns with PCOS), typically this only happens around AF or if I over exert my abdominal muscles which neither has occured. Hubby and I went out to grab pizza for dinner and I noticed cramping during the drive. Now, about 3-4hours later, I've gone to the restroom and I have extreme amounts of best described as old brown blood mixed in with egg white fertile cervical mucous and a small fleshy clot 🤢 I'm CD15. I'm a bit worried, I've never been diagnosed with anything other then PCOS but could this be a symptom of yet another crappy reproductive problem? Anyone with PCOS had this happen? TIA for any experiences/knowledge lovelies
