Weird Question

So I had a miscarriage on Feb 12. I saw the heartbeat at noon. Was at the ER miscarrying at 6pm. I have been bleeding pretty steady since then. Today it’s starting to lighten up but Everytime I go to the bathroom it hurts to push, peeing is kinda uncomfortable too. Is this normal? I’m genuinely freaked out
