Penile adhesion?

My little guys skin in the base of his penis had reattached to the head of his penis. I don’t know how as I pull back and make sure that the head of his penis is always showing. He has been very fussy today and when I was getting him ready for bed I noticed on side was very red and raw looking and the skin on the side tore and detached. But around the other sides was still attached. Has anyone had this happen? My poor little guys. 😢

Wait is he circumcised or uncircumcised? I thought you weren’t supposed to pull the skin back 🤔

My lo had some redness around the the head. The pediatrician said this happens just because the skin is different on the penis. She prescribed him a steroid cream that I had to apply around the head where he was circumcised twice a day for 2-3 weeks. She said once I was done I need to make sure to always put Vaseline or aquaphor on it everyday.

Mine had these about a month or two ago, I had brought him to the urologist who simply pulled the skin back. He said you can do this at home, it will only hurt for a second. I'm not sure if I would be able to do it myself. Afterwards he said to put vaseline on it every diaper change for a week.
