Fine. Limit food high in mercury to a couple times a week

Safe but not more than twice per week. I’ve heard that “slapjack” tuna has the least amount of mercury. I don’t know the difference but that’s what I bought 🤷🏼‍♀️

I will do an occasional canned salmon not tuna.

A can every now and then is fine just don’t eat daily.

I eat a little but once I found out that it could be harmful in large amounts, I was too scared to eat it lol but my girls are just fine. I dont think a can will hurt
