OMG can IT be....

I was diagnosed with PCOS last year and honestly thought it was to late for me at 38. Was 3 day late for my last 3 cycles but AF always came and Im always cramping. However today Im 1 day late this cycle with no cramping so tested for the heck of it. Is this what I think it is or are my eyes playing tricks on me...
