Are all pregnancies the same?

Question, I was super sick with HG with my first two children (girls). Sickness started at 2w6d and 4 weeks. I felt terrible since the day the test with both of them. This go around, I am 4w5d and hardly no symptoms and feel really good with lots of energy. Is something wrong with this pregnancy? I obviously know my symptoms can show up later. Have you had total different pregnancies?

No pregnancy is gonna be same even if they are same-sex our body handles each pregnancy different doesn't matter what symptoms you had before they can be different or none at all

No. All pregnancies can be different and depends on each person. Doesn’t matter gender either. 
My pregnancies were identical with opposite sex 🤷🏻‍♀️
