This is my 18 week ultrasound and to me the top lip is puffy or rounded out? Is this normal??? I read online from other woman that it’s normal, but I just want some opinions! Has anybody else’s little one looked like this inside the womb? (These were from a private place not a doctor, so I could not ask questions)

This is the one that looks the most scary. Between the upper lip and chin!?
