hi mamas, how does maternity leave work in canada ? specifically manitoba. i know we are all having issues with covid and stuff but my employer said it’s no longer her responsibility to claim my paperwork when i apply for maternity leave. i have to meet a specific amount of hours and she keeps decreasing my hours to the point i haven’t worked in 3 weeks and my last shift was a 3 hour shift . can someone please help a first time momma out ? thanks !
