Gestational DM...

Advice please !!! Got a call saying I failed the 1hr glucose... long story short, I had to take an early one at 18 weeks related to PCOS and I passed that one with a sugar of 120. Now at 28 weeks I failed the one hour test with a blood sugar of 145.... I’m TERRIFIED if I have GDM. I know there could be worse things but I just want the baby boy to be okay... can someone give me any feedback on if they failed the 1hr and passed the 3hr? If they had GDM and their delivery and baby was okay???
