I registered for the DocATot Deluxe+. Is it really worth the $$$?

No.  I had one for my first and will likely take it out of the closet again for my second.  Honestly, I agree with whoever said it's a glorified pillow.  It's not to be used for sleeping. I used it to lay my first on when he was a newborn once and a while. It really wasn't worth the price tag. I think I would have preferred boppy lounge pillow better.

We had one for my son because it was gifted to us. It was very useful, he slept in it often (even though instructions say not for sleeping 🙄). But Idk if I would spend the money on it myself honestly.
