What are some good ways to keep Spirits up after ttc for over a year now.

I get down in the dumps everytime I see that one line and I have been seeing it for along time now. It dont bothered my husband at all me everytime I feel like my heart been torn out of me. I have lost babies in the past year I felt like my world stopped for a minute but my husband didn't even seem it care..not saying he didn't but just didn't show it I need support from some where and feel like I never get it.
