Help?!

Question

Can anyone give me some advice on what I should do?! 
To start I don't have insurance so calling the doctor is not an option for me unless I go to the hospital.
I'm currently on cycle day 70! 
I've never missed a period in my 15 years of having my period unless I am pregnant. I'm period hasn't came yet and pregnancy test are negative! I'm constantly having hot flashes , nausea and dizziness

This one is tough, and I would venture beyond many of our expertise - unless someone here is a practitioner and/or has personal experience that’s similar to this. 
I wish I could help. My only recommendations would be locating a free women’s health clinic (could be tough, depending on where you are located), or finding some free and high quality information from professionals online. There’s an OBGYN with a good YouTube Channel - Mama Doctor Jones - and a fertility clinic in Melbourne, Australia with a good website and podcast (podcast is called “Knocked Up”)

With covid right now a lot of clinics are offering lower cost telehealth visits! It might be something you could find around you, but I’m not sure how much they could do without getting some tests done. How old are you? Some of your symptoms and the lack of pregnancy & period almost sounds like menopause to me
