Toddler activities accidently hit belly

Need some reassurance. I have a 15 month old and she is really active. She likes to climb and play and unfortunately sometimes accidentally hits or kicks my belly. I’m almost 16 weeks and I am just stressed that one of these accidental hits might hurt her brother.

Probably just me stressing but 😔
