I have no heating pad or anything and in a lot of pain :(

My favorite thing to do is take a water bottle and fill it up with veryyy hot water and then place it on my stomach. It helps soooo much. You can also get a sock, put rice in it and microwave it :)

Honestly I made my own DIY heating pad for myself a few nights ago because I was having terrible mittelshmerz. I just found an old black thin dollar store glove, filled it with rice and tied a small black elastic around the top. Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes and voila ✨. U could use a sock too if u don’t have a glove but u should try it!

You could try a hot bath, massage it, eat so you have a fuller belly, muscle cream?
