Contact suction cups?!

So I have been wearing daily soft contact lenses for a very long time, however I got switched to a new brand of contacts. These contacts would get extremely dry when I put them in and would almost become a suction cup to my eye, even when I would fill up the contact with solution. So I repurchased the previous brand and I have the same problem, any ideas for what might be the issue or if you had this issue what helped? I play sports so it’s a big struggle when my contacts act up the way they do. (I also do not have dry eyes normally just when the contacts are in, I also use SO MANY eyedrops and nothing helps) :(
