Is smoked salmon ok?
Like the same as lunch meat - just heat up and it’s ok?
Google has some conflicting advice on smoked salmon and I didn’t think to ask OB when I went in on Friday. Wondering if I should wait and call and ask On Monday..
On top of morning sickness I have some pretty significant dietary restrictions at the moment as I try and get IBS symptoms under control.
Trying to make the right choices with whatever I can get down, but also keeping pregnancy restrictions in mind and picking foods that don’t make me gag and it’s all a lot to balance.
