I been in my period for 3 weeks. It stopped for a day or so and right back up heavier.

Right now my period is extremely heavy. I usually have light periods. I’m nauseous and having bad cramps. It’s almost continuously gushing.

I have the nexplanon but I have had it since April 2020.

At what point should I cal my doctor and is there anything else I can do to help with the heavy bleeding
