missed meals, nausea and meal plans
Hey how is everyone 💖
I just want to start off the bat, For as long as I remember I've never been the one to eat breakfast and alot of the time skip lunch aswel and only eat at dinner time, I know how exstremely unhealthy that is and want to get better, especially now, is there anyone else who's like that, that needs to change there routine!? The nausea I've also been having goes on all through out the day till night but I genuinely feel a little bit better after I eat something, if I can keep what I had down 🤦♀️ everything I used to love I absolutely despise I have a I feeling this is gonna been hectic journey but I'm extremely happy. If you have any lunch/breakfast meals plans please let me know what they're are and I'll have a crack at them 💖 I'm 8 weeks today and this is my first pregnancy
