Back September at my last pap smear! My doctor diagnosed me with PCOS since my periods has been a hit and miss.

Since then I have had a period every month except for December 2020. I bleed 5 or 6 days,and sometimes I bleed heavy for the first two days,then it tapers off to spotting and sometimes comes back kinda heavy but not bad. This is not at every cycle!

With this all being said! Do you think my periods are regular now and am ovulating? My doctor said when you have no period, your not ovulating at all,which means makes trying to conceive hard, which I'm not trying to conceive at all.
