Can anyone tell where the placenta is forming?

This ultrasound was at 10+4 and the tech told me we can’t see the placenta at this point but I’m wondering if anyone can tell where it’s forming? I’m only curious because with my first, not only did I have an anterior placenta, but it was low lying to the point where it completely covered my cervix. I’m hoping it will develop in a better spot this time!
