This question is from the show mistresses. 
A character is in a dilemma where she finds out her dead husband cheats on her and the woman he cheated with shows up at her house with a child that’s his. 
Should she feel obligated to help the woman even though the husband is dead?
Bonus questions: should people with businesses create a prenup to where if their partner cheats or has a child from cheating that the child and person who was involved gets nothing from the partner that was cheated on. (Hopefully I worded it to where it makes sense)
when making a will do you think children born from infidelity should be included or excluded ?

I would think about the child in this by Putting all my emotions and hurt aside and help the CHILD out. Children don’t ask for their parents to make mistakes. They don’t ask to be born and they don’t ask to be held accountable for mistakes their parents made! Every single child deserves a happy life.

I believe when two people have sex and end up pregnant, if they decide to keep the baby or if she decides to, either way, they should both take financial responsibility. You made an adult choice to have sex and knew having a baby was a potential consequence of that action. So when you do that, you're acknowledging that you'll take responsibility. That being said, death typically (not always) leaves behind some form of money and that should go to all of the fathers children, regardless of how they were conceived.

I think when there’s a child involved, there’s more to think about. It’s not the child’s fault that the parent decided to cheat however, the wife of the dead husband has no legal obligation to help the mistress or child, as the child isn’t legally hers. I would feel bad for the child but if I was grieving my dead husband & suddenly his mistress showed up at the door begging for help, I don’t know that I’d do it. 
Can’t answer your other questions because I don’t know enough about prenups to answer. I know what they are but don’t know enough.

She’s not obligated but if she’s in a position of power it might be nice (unless he was like a king or something and then she might be because the baby is entitled to things in her home).
Don’t understand the prenup connection.
