Worried-tmi

So worried after 3 1/2 years of trying and finally getting a positive test worried I may be miscarrying. I was put on progesterone capsules vaginal tonight is night 3 of them and I inserted the capsules and when I took the applicator out I noticed a little pink didn’t think much of it. While I went grabbed some water then I had to pee again went to wipe and nothing but blood might be freaking out and scared but not sure what is going on or what to think. Laid down for a couple hours I had to pee again good thing no blood In my underwear but when I wiped I had a little blood and not sure if it what was on the tissue. Really hoping its nothing crazy and it just was from me inputting the progesterone incorrectly.
