Who experiences ovulation cramps?
Before my period comes I typically experience ovulation cramps. Sometimes to the point where I can’t do a lot of physical movements until I have taken pain medication to release the pain/ pressure I’m feeling. I just want to know if anyone else also experiences this and if you do, asides from taking pain killers; what do you do to relieve the pain?
Because I can’t even fall asleep! until my medication kicks in 😣🤧😢.
