Light Pink CM

Okay so first thing this morning I went for a wee and when I wiped, I noticed some light pink/creamy CM on the paper. I’ve been for another wee since and couldn’t see anything but have made a telephone appointment with the doctor today just in case. I’ve also had some mild cramping but that’s been on and off over the past few weeks so nothing new there. It’s my first pregnancy and I’m 5 weeks 5 days today, so I have no idea if this is normal...has anyone else had this??
