So Feb 15 my daughter Kinsley had her 2 month check up. That morning she screamed blood curdling screams off and on for about 2 hours. During the office visit she screamed like she did that morning and along with being extremely gassy the pediatrician switched her formula to nutramigen. We've tried simlac advance, sensitive, pro-totsl comfort and alimentum before this new formula. Well yesterday my fiance and I dropped our daughter at her grandparents for a little and she was fine until about 5:30 when she started screaming. I gave in and listened to his mom and tried just the tip of a suppository. It did nothing the next morning she started screaming so I massaged her belly and used the frida windi. Well it wasn't whistling so I moved it around a little and noticed it had poop on it. Then massaged her belly again and lifted her legs a little and so so much came out. I believe this poor thing is constipated. 🥺 she had a bowel movement the day of her shots/ formula change then had another that Wednesday and it was more diarrhea. The phone nurse said that it's most likely her body adjusting to the formula. Need some advice did nutramigen work for you? What can the pediatrician do? Im kinda at a loss bc it breaks my heart she screams in pain like she does. The 3rd picture is where she had diarrhea.
