Could be from sex, sometimes if you have some sensitivity from ovulation sex can make you bleed slightly. Good luck to you I pray you get your bfp soon!

There are too many different causes of mid-cycle spotting to automatically chalk it up to one particular cause that doesn’t really have any scientific backing. Cervical irritation, a hormonal imbalance, the process of ovulation..those could also cause some intermenstrual bleeding. I would just monitor it and document it in Glow and take a test when/if ya miss your period. Good luck!

Implatantion bleeding is rare , mine looked like that but it was something I don’t know what it was but wasn’t related to pregnancy . We could bleed for different reasons.
