Alot of time it hurts to walk and I would be in a in tears

I suggest visiting your doctor. A combination of Midol and a heating pad might help. If you don’t get hemorrhagic/severe bleeding then you could alternate taking Midol and Ibuprofen (Advil). 
I used to have very severe pain so I know how you feel. Nothing could touch it sometimes. At one point my doctor gave me a prescription painkiller, but that is an extreme and you don’t want to go that route if you can avoid it as you can get addicted.
